In memory of the late Jim Moore, members of the NSRF wish to present the above award annually to an individual(s) in recognition of their " Service to the local Community" of North Slough.

The North Slough Residents Forum exective members intend to make this award for 2006, Therefore the committee need local residents or groups to nominate any person(s) you feel deserving of this recognition.

• Age is no barrier for nominations.
• The nominee need not live in the north Slough area.
• The person must have served the local community of north Slough.

Please take this opportunity to nominate any person(s) who's work (paid or voluntary) you feel has benefited our community. This is an opportunity to identify and reward a positive contribution at a time when many negatives appear to dominate our community life.

Nominations can be made until 31st of May 2007. The winner will be presented the award in July 2007 meeting.

4. Post the nomination to the NSRF chairperson.

Naminations can be submitted to the NSRF Chairman in writing, arriving not later than midday on 31st of May 2007.

Winner(s) will be presented the award in the July 2007 Meeting.
